The European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA) invites its current members to renew their memberships for 2016 and invites cardiac rhythm management and electrophysiology experts, physicians and allied professionals who are not members yet to join. The Association also announces changes to the labels of its membership levels.
EHRA, a subspecialty of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), has changed the labels of its membership levels in order to align with all ESC Associations’ membership categories. Each level has its own advantages and members are encouraged to choose the one that suits them best. From 2016, the changes will take place as follows:
EHRA Basic becomes EHRA Ivory Membership
EHRA Online becomes EHRA Silver Membership
EHRA Full becomes EHRA Gold Membership
EHRA members can benefit, according to their level of membership, from discounted access to EHRA Congresses and Congresses resources, educational courses and publications, as well as access to ESC e-learning (ESCeL) platform on Arrhythmias & Cardiac Pacing and EHRA Training Fellowship programmes. The main difference between these three levels, on top of all common benefits, is the online access to the EP Europace journal for EHRA Silver members, whereas Gold members get a combined access for online and print version.
Each membership level offers diverse benefits for career enhancement and it also gives adherents automatic ESC membership, access to members’ lounges during EHRA Congresses and a free subscription to the EHRA quarterly e-newsletter.
