Implicity has secured a US$40 million funding round led by European tech growth capital firm IRIS alongside Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co.

Implicity provides a single, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven platform that aggregates, normalises and analyses data across the full continuum, regardless of device manufacturer. It also integrates with electronic health records (EHRs) to streamline providers’ workflow. By bringing every signal into one intelligent view, Implicity allows clinicians to spend less time searching through the noise and more time on patient care, according to a press release from the company.

“I didn’t become a physician to manage data—I became one to treat patients,” said Arnaud Rosier, chief executive officer (CEO) and co-founder of Implicity. “This funding lets us care for patients at scale, catching the information through the noise to provide the best possible care, and that’s the future of cardiology I’ve been chasing since my first year as an electrophysiologist.”

The recently announced fundraising will support Implicity’s next phase of growth in the USA. The company has built its hospital network on the ground from its Cambridge, USA base, earning the endorsement of clinicians and forging partnerships with local physicians. The round will be used for commercial hiring to widen that footprint and the development of USA-specific features for one of the world’s largest healthcare markets. It will also fund continued investment in the company’s AI and innovation roadmap—including the next generation of heart failure prediction algorithms—to better serve medical teams and optimise care for remotely monitored patients.

“In the evolving healthtech landscape, long-term success requires a rare combination of robust technology, strict regulatory clearance, and undeniable clinical utility,” commented Nicolas Herschtel, partner at IRIS’s growth team. “Implicity has proven to be a highly trusted partner to complex health systems because its platform directly addresses the administrative and operational crisis facing hospital workforces today. We are thrilled to back the team as they cement their leadership in the US market and drive the next phase of digital healthcare infrastructure.”

“Implicity is a rare company where clinical superiority, regulatory credibility and genuine patient impact come together at scale,” added François-Xavier Lehman, director at Five Arrows. “By turning fragmented cardiac data into action, it improves outcomes for patients while relieving the operational pressure on hospital teams. This is precisely the kind of sustainable, mission-driven business we seek to support.”
